Improve docstring formatting across MCP types for better consistency and readability. Remove internal TypeVars (MethodT, RequestParamsT, NotificationParamsT) and the Cursor alias from public exports as they are implementation details not intended for external use. Breaking changes documented in migration.md.

The
Cursoralias is only being used in 2 places. As a developer, it's quite annoying to see that type, and needing to go to it to find out that it's an alias.
